A new assessment by the Stop TB Partnership of 30 Country Coordinating Mechanisms highlights persistent gaps in the representation, role and influence, and resourcing of TB stakeholders within Global Fund governance structures. While some progress has been made since previous reviews, the findings show that TB-affected communities continue to face systemic barriers to meaningful participation in decisions shaping national TB responses.
