Report: Study Results on Gender Aspects in the Workplace Among Healthcare Workers in the TB Response in Ukraine

The TB Europe Coalition released a report with the findings of a study conducted in Ukraine, Studying the Aspects of Gender, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Among Healthcare Professionals Involved in TB Response.

The goal of the study was to assess the extent to which the principles of gender equality are implemented in the workforce of healthcare facilities in Ukraine that provide TB diagnostic and treatment services; and to explore the barriers that prevent women and men from exercising their right to gender equality.
